Privacy policy
What OSP Garage does with the information you send through this site: what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and your rights (Québec Law 25).

Who is responsible
OSP Garage, 5657 boulevard Industriel, Montréal-Nord, Québec H1G 3H7. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the owner of OSP Garage. For any question or request: confidentialite@ospgarage.ca or 438 409-1911.
What we collect
- Through the appointment form or “Call me back”: your phone number (required) and, if you provide them, your name, your email, your vehicle (make, engine, year, mileage), the problem, a message and a photo.
- The page through which you arrived on the site and, if applicable, the ad that brought you there. This stays in your browser and is only sent to us with your request.
- Your IP address, only at the time of sending, to block robots and repeated submissions. It is not stored with your request.
- Only with your consent: measurement cookies (see “Cookies” below).
Why
- To call you back, set the appointment time and prepare the repair.
- To confirm we received your request: by text message to your number, and by email if you provided it.
- To know where our customers come from (Google, Facebook…) and spend better on advertising.
- To protect the form against robots and abuse.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it to send you advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests sent through the site, and their photos, are deleted automatically after 90 days. The request notices the shop receives by email and text message are kept for the follow-up of your file, then destroyed.
Who we share it with
To run the site, OSP Garage uses service providers that may process your information outside Québec, including in the United States:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, storage of requests, sending and forwarding of emails, protection against robots (Turnstile).
- Twilio: sending text messages.
- Google: the shop’s mailbox (Gmail) and, with your consent, audience measurement (Google Tag Manager).
- Meta (Facebook): with your consent, ad measurement (Pixel).
Cookies
The site sets no measurement cookie without your consent. If you accept in the banner, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel measure your visit and the requests sent. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. The site also keeps in your browser your cookie choice and a few display settings.
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to confidentialite@ospgarage.ca: we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Only the shop staff who handle requests have access to your information.
